It explores key themes such as Sexual Orientation OCD (SO-OCD) and OCD involving sexually intrusive thoughts, shedding light on how these symptoms can disrupt relationships, intimacy, and self-esteem. The session addresses the challenges of shame and stigma while providing evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, basic Sex Therapy modalities, and more.
