Katy Mental Wellness Collective Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Reclaimed Collective ("Organization") and the Member ("Member"), in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. By accepting this Agreement electronically, the Member agrees to the terms outlined herein:
1. Membership Benefits:
During the membership term, the Member shall be entitled to the following benefits, subject to compliance with this Agreement:
One (1) complimentary beverage at each Happy Hour event.
Access to exclusive member-only meetups for networking and collaboration.
Participation in personal and professional mastermind intensives and retreats.
Invitations to Cowork & Caffeinate days for networking and productivity.
Member-exclusive discounts on Reclaimed Collective events and services offered by partner businesses.
Complimentary marketing opportunities to showcase their work through the Organization’s platforms.
Discounted sponsorship opportunities for The Happy Hour and CEU Training events.
2. Membership Term, Eligibility, and Transferability:
The membership is offered on a month-to-month basis, commencing upon the date of digital acceptance. The Member may terminate their membership by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Membership is limited to a single individual and is non-transferable. Unauthorized transfers or sharing of membership benefits will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Membership Fees and Payment Terms:
Membership fees are due in full at the time of acceptance and on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable and subject to adjustment with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice from the Organization. Failure to remit payment within ten (10) days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of membership.
4. Termination and Suspension of Membership:
The Organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership immediately for any violation of this Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or actions that damage the Organization’s reputation. No refunds will be provided in cases of termination for cause.
5. Member Obligations and Conduct:
The Member agrees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all Organization events and activities. The Member will not use membership privileges to solicit other members in a manner deemed disruptive or inappropriate by the Organization.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:
The Organization and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in events, activities, or services. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization from any claims arising from their participation.
7. Amendments and Modifications:
The Organization reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its discretion. Members will be notified of changes in writing, and such changes will take effect thirty (30) days from the date of notice.
8. Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
9. Severability Clause:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Electronic Acceptance:
By selecting “I Agree” or similar electronic acceptance, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. The Member acknowledges that such action constitutes a legal signature equivalent to a handwritten signature.
