Founder, Clinical Director, PsychotherapistElizabeth Westbrook, LCSW
Elizabeth is a neuropsychotherapist, sex therapy associate under consultation, Board Certified by the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists, specializing in trauma recovery, sexual wellness, faith-integrated care, and relational healing. Elizabeth is well respected by colleagues nationwide and known for her compassionate, no-nonsense approach and her commitment to accessible, ethically grounded mental health care. Her leadership centers on reclaiming identity, connection, and embodied wellness for both clients and providers.
PsychotherapistAnnette Beltran, LCSW
Annette is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of shame or cultural expectations on mental health. Annette is especially committed to serving Spanish-speaking clients and helping make therapy feel approachable, empowering, and accessible. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in authentic connection, believing healing happens when people no longer have to carry everything alone.
Thomas Westbrook
Thomas focuses on overseeing financial strategy, sustainability, and organizational growth. With a strong background in business operations and finance, he ensures the long-term stability of mission-driven mental health services. Thomas is passionate about men’s mental health and building systems that support ethical care, community impact, and provider well-being. He works closely with leadership to steward resources with integrity and vision.

Managing day-to-day operations, systems, Sara brings structure, clarity, and efficiency to support the re:co team, partners, and community initiatives. With a strong focus on workflow optimization and client experience, Sara ensures the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her leadership allows providers to stay focused on high-quality mental health care while being a key component of our clients feeling welcome and cared for during their time with us.

Katie Donati, BSW
Katie is a dedicated Social Work professional with a strong foundation in trauma-informed and client-centered care.
She began her academic journey at Lone Star College and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston–Downtown in 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an internship at the Houston Center for Valued Living, where she gained experience working with individuals using evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She continues her education at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, pursuing a Master’s in Social Work with a clinical focus. In May 2026, I completed her practicum at Cypress Creek Hospital, where she worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
During this time, she developed skills in psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a behavioral health environment.
Her professional interests include trauma-informed care, working with military populations, and supporting individuals through identity transitions and mental health challenges. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and build resilience.
